Company Agreement
Purpose
Client(see PayPal invoice) retains A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM to prepare legal documents as set forth below for Client, and A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM Agrees to prepare the necessary legal document(s) according to the terms set forth in this agreement and based on the information provided to A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM by Client in the form of questionnaires.
Subject Matter
A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM will type and complete the following described legal document(s) for Client:

Limitations on the Service
Providing Legal Advice - A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM Can Not and Will Not provide Legal Advice to any Client. Therefore, it is important that when the Client agrees to this agreement for service, the Client must have in mind which course of legal action meets his/her legal objective. If Client is uncertain about a course of legal action, or what the consequences of that legal action are A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM can provide a list of low cost attorney referrals thought various resources for Client to obtain legal advice. Or for a low monthly fee A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM can sign up client of a nationwide legal program. A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM isn’t liable for the actions of the referrals or other third party companies that we are affiliated with.
No Guarantee- A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM agrees to use its best efforts in the preparation of legal document(s) for Client based on the information provided to A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM by Client in the form of questionnaires, and to perform all services in a professional, diligent, ethical, and business-like manner. However, Client recognizes that A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM cannot guarantee a particular result of the overall outcome of any legal proceedings initiated by Client with the legal document(s) prepared by A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM. In addition, A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM cannot be held liable for any consequences arising out of the use of the prepared legal document(s) if Client has provided erroneous and/or fraudulent information to A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM.
Document Preparation Fees
1. Client agrees to pay A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM in the amount of $ (See PayPal invoice) for the preparation of legal document(s) pursuant to this agreement.
2. Any other costs related to the handling of the legal document(s) prepared for Client are the sole responsibility of the Client. By entering into this agreement the Client also understands that all sells are conclusive and anything not relating to subject matter listed above will be charge at the going hourly rate of the A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM company.
Termination of Services A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM may terminate this Agreement for Services if Client is in breach of any of his of her obligations pursuant to his agreement. A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM may terminate this Agreement for Services if Client fails to cooperate, or offers information that has been deemed to be fraudulent. Client may terminate this Agreement for Services at any time subject to Client’s obligation to pay A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement.
Defined Terms
Legal Advice is advice as to the legal consequence of a course of action on which the recipient relies to determine his or her course of conduct.
Notices
Any notice under this Agreement shall be effectively given upon deposit in the United States mail, postage paid, or by a recognized overnight delivery service or email.
Assignment
The parties agree that neither party may assign of transfer any rights and obligations under this Agreement. Directly of indirectly except upon prior written consent of the other party.
Subject to the foregoing, his Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors and assigns.
Final Agreement
This Agreement includes the entire understanding and agreement between Client and A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM on the subject matter hereof. This agreement may be modified only by another writing signed by both Client and A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM.
The parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed as of the date of the invoice of the Payment choose.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
This Release and Waiver of Liability is executed this (See PayPal invoice by the Client) in favor of A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM.
and its directors. officers, employees, and agents.
I, Client herby freely and voluntarily, without duress, execute this Release under the following terms.
Waiver and Release. I herby release and forever discharge and hold harmless A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM. and its successors and assigns form any and all liability, which may hereafter arise from my participation with the preparation of legal document(s) and/or any project activity, or other wise affiliated or associated with A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM.
Understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM from any liability or claim that I may have against A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM, with respect to any legal documents that have been prepared as a result of my participation, I also understand that A ONE DOCUMENTS OR USADOCUMENTSPECIALISTS.COM does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide financial assistance or other legal assistance, including, but not limited to court filing fees, malpractice claims, legal actions, and fines in the event of prosecution.
I expressly understand and agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, of this state, county, and/or township. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of the Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of the Release.
By paying this agreement and continuing, I the client acknowledges that I have read and understand this Release, and agree to it provisions.
